Expert in Handling Injection and Stamping Machines
We manufacture injection mold foams, stamped molds, and aluminum molds. We work with industrial designers and product engineers to create entirely different designs and craft techniques. We also supply product solutions using injection and stamping machines.
Sparking Ideas Using New Product Materials
Injection mold foams give a soft, cushioned touch to all kinds of products. They can improve the look and offer new design options compared to other material choices. The foam compound and manufacturing process we use challenge product developers to consider a foam alternative, sparking ideas using new product materials such as DuPont, natural rubber, EVA, soft EVA, PCCR, EVA + rubber, PVC, and nylon.
Using Natural Rubber, PVC, and Other Materials
Stamped molds are normally made of copper and aluminum. However, we also use new product materials like natural rubber, PVC, resin, silicone soft rubber, plastic, and nylon. Our cutting-edge soft foam solution produces high-quality finished items with excellent features.
Expanding Application of Injection Mold Foam to Other Fields
With our rich experience in dealing with injection mold foam, we have expanded its application to sports goods, medical clogs, outdoor products, mobile phone cases, Jibbitz, charms, keyrings, and arts and crafts.

Materials have SGS certificates. For the silkscreen, it is AZO-free with the best material and handicraft, making the printing durable even washed by hand. For sewing, the bag is much more durable and can carry heavier things under good sewing. The products are 100% checked for over 6 times (each process with strict checking, making sure each piece of goods is in good quality).
